As a property management company, what services do you provide?

We provide services such as Full property management, Airbnb management, Letting management service.

What are the charges associated with your Property management services?

DRMM is a distinctive property management company that charges absolutely nothing to landlords for any services we provide. 

What if residents cause damage to my property?

If something were to happen at the property that is deemed to be a fault of our tenants, then we would cover the costs ourselves. If we believe we do not cover the damages, e.g. boiler breaks down, we will call you immediately and inform you of the options for solving it.

How much wear and tear can I expect?

Our managed properties are regularly inspected, including weekly cleaning and monthly deep cleaning services, so they would be in a better condition at the end of the agreement than if it was let by an agent.

What types of properties do you deal with?

We manage a range of properties from 1 bedroom to 7-bedroom houses, and everything in between.

When will you conduct viewings on my property?

One of our team members will arrange a suitable time to visit your property to conduct a valuation. Our viewings are during our operating hours, Sunday to Friday, 9:00 am – 19:00, so we are flexible for viewings at any time.
