We ensure to be in direct contact with our guests at all times, which means we are always in communication from the start of check-in til they check out. We also have an online portal where they can ask questions at any given time and will receive an immediate response. We keep in touch with our guests after checkout, informing them via emails of discounted dates and cheaper seasons to encourage them and book with us again.

Guest Screening

We focus on ensuring our guests get the best treatment by understanding their booking reasons to ensure we offer the best service. All our guests sign our terms and conditions agreement which sets out specific house rules. A security deposit will follow to ensure guests obey rules and reform from any possible damages.

 

Regular Inspection

Our managed properties are always cleaned after every booking. Our cleaning team is ready to ensure your property is consistently at a high standard. We take cleaning very seriously, which is why we have instructions for our cleaning team to follow.

Welcome Booklet

For all the properties we take, we provide our guests with a guidebook which contains all relevant information regarding the routes, transportation, restaurants, bars or convenience stores nearby.
We reserve a section in the guidebook for simple house instructions, such as how to control the heating or run the shower and anything to ensure our guests are delighted to have received some insider info!

Maintance & repairs

We have a network of qualified professionals who deal with maintenance and repair issues, so you do not have to. We ensure your property is taken care of to the best of our standards. Our team will conduct monthly inspections of your property and handle any repairs listed on the contract.

Guest Protection

Your home’s safety is always top of mind. Video doorbell is the extra set of eyes and ears needed is protection for both our guests and yourself. We are keen on making our guest’s life safer.

We are also registered with ICO data security, so our team will handle all security identification and make sure they match our arriving guests.

We will make sure your property is listed on as many booking sites as possible. We also have accounts on international booking sites which helps brings more intentional visitors, either those coming for work, visitation, treatments or more. Either way, these bookings are usually longer stays, thus more profit! 

Monthly Reports

We will send out monthly reports of the profits and breakdown of the regular costs to give you a clear understanding of the

LETTING MANAGEMENT 

Rental Valuation & Marketing

Market your property on different marking platforms, such as Zoopla, Rightmove onthemarket and Openrent.
Before this, we will perform a rental valuation to ensure you receive a satisfactory rental yield from your property

Viewings & Applicant Refrenceing

We will schedule and carry out viewing for your property for applicants assuring we find the best long-term tenant.

Carry out full reference and credit checks on potential tenants while collecting holding deposits with the tenancy deposit scheme.

Rent Collection

 

Collect any rental payments in advance to ensure all tenants pay their rent on time and resolve any issues before the following payment if necessary.

Inspections & Maintance


Carry out regular property inspections to ensure your property is always maintained at the highest standard and organise any repairs if necessary.
